Energy suspension dust boots on moog end links
I was getting ready to do some rear end work on the TL. In the process of getting more info about the Moog endlink replacements, a common complaint I kept reading about is that the dust boot cracks or rips soon after installation. I found some more durable energy suspension ball joint dust boots (9.13103G) that fit nicely on the moog end links. See pic below.
The energy suspension covers are much more substantial and should last much longer than the ones that come with the Moog End Links.

The moog links and these energy suspension caps aren't that expensive either. The OEM links are around $13-$18 while the moog links are around $23 + $3 for the caps. I know enough people have cursed the existence of the OEM links because of that internal hex recess that strips all the time when people try to remove them. I think people will gladly pay an extra $10 for a beefier link, that you can remove without cutting hardware, and that you can grease periodically.

Burning Brakes
Is the item number is 16.3116? Anyways, this is a relativly cheap way for high-end traction balls and you should check them out every 10K miles and make sure the poly isn't cracking/tearing/wearing. It is better over stock.. more steering response and even less wheel hop and more grip. My friend has Full Race traction ball, made in Stainless Steel, spherical bushing, that improves over these poly.

I don't know what part number 16.3116 is. It seems those are for control arm bushings. I gave the number of the dust caps above. Bear in mind this was for the rear end links only. I don't know if the Moog end links for the front are any bigger or smaller. You'll need to measure yourself.
Note also that energy suspension does have part number 16.13101 - Ball Joint Dust Boots Honda / Acura, but that is not what I purchased. Those are probably much bigger for the front knuckle/hub.
I measured the size of the end link to come up with the 9.13103G number I gave above.
See this web page for the critical dimensions if you want to get some of these for the front end links:
