Would 20x8 or 20x8.5 fit on a lowered 1999 3.2TL, which is lowered by the eibach prokit???

if you get a high enough offset it should fit, but then it's probably pretty wide, so you would rub some. the smallest tire is 245/40 i believe and that is bigger than the stock rolling diameter. you would be *sacrificing* a small amount (inaccurate speedo, rubbing) if you went with these wheels.

I believe the CL w/ the 20" lorinsers has a 245/35/20 inch tire so that would be the best choice of tire for dubz, but the offset is gonna have to be pretty high as StanMan said, probably around +50 for 20x8 and maybe like a + 55 or so for 20x8.5

245/35-20 is the smallest 20" tire made (for now)...a whopping +1" taller in height (diameter). I would have to guess that this would also affect acceleration and performance due to the larger rotating mass.

so for wheels 8 inches wide you need a 50+ offset?
