DIY wheel paint

I'm new to all of this! And was wondering what the RIGHT way to paint my rims black and have it last. Money isnt the issue, but not trying to spend it on new rims. Any help is appreciated!!

THANKYOU VERY MUCH !!! I registered on that website

What an awesome job. I have painted OEM wheels before but I used Wheel paint that worked pretty good but chipped off .
