DC Sports Carbon Steel Strut Bar Honda Accord
DC Sports offers a strut bar for the 03-05 Honda Accord.
This application should be compatible with the UA6 TL.
Part# CSB3022
Retails for $206
I'll try to find a picture of one installed in an Accord
Allows for EDFC motors to be mounted.

i also am interested in this. I was planning on doing the accord top hats and this CF strut bar would make me want to get MB carbon Fiber engine cover. That would look hot. ill see if i can get a pic also.

Otherwise, no. Be careful too, the DCSports picture doesn't appear to be accurate. We can't use the "round" bases, as the strut mount studs are in the way.
Here's some pics from theauction site:
Interesting mounting points.

^ If this is the actual 03-05 Accord strut bar then its hard to tell which studs it utilizes. Also, the EDFC motors will not be able to mount.
Thanks for finding the picture...i had a little trouble last night looking for one.

lax - that's the pic that came up in my search (in link above). I think you're right, the other ones just don't look right.

My pictures were robbed from the bay, but they are from the 03-05 Accord auction.
Whatever... I'm still doing the greddy bar.

well actually, now that I think about it, it would be nice if this DC unit could just mount right on. I really really really really don't want to have to dick around getting underneath the car again, removing my struts, and using my p.o.s. spring compressor just so I can mount some accord top hats. I'm sweating and losing weight already just thinking about it.

Under the car? C'mon now. Once you've done it once, you should be able to get that strut out in 10 minutes. It's the backseat (rear struts) that truly suck ass.
But you're right. if that thing uses the stock strut mount points instead of the stock strut tower points, you won't need to swap top hats.
Where aznbo? He's got about 9 threads looking for something like this
Can anyone find the damn install directions to this thing?

haha, that's the thing - I've had to get under there 3 different times already. 1st time to change out the stockers to my koni/neuspeeds. 2nd time cause I hit a pot hole and had to change out the front driver's side koni. 3rd time cause I hit an unleveled surface on the damn highway out of all places going 80mph and had to change out my front passenger strut.
Taking the strut out isn't the issue, it's having to use that spring compressor in order to change your top hats but using that p.o.s. spring compressor where you tighten one side first, then tighten the other side, then go back to the other side and tighten, etc - man what a pain in the azz. Would be a different story if I had a heavy duty spring compressor like the ones you find in a real shop that compresses both side at the same time and takes like 10 seconds for it to do the job.
do it azn! you know you wanna!

^^^^^btw, crazy thing is that the koni strut actually never blew but a metal tab that's spot welded on fell off during the impact. This tab actually serves a purpose and keeps the lower arm in one place when mounted around the strut. Metal tab stops the lower arm from traveling up the strut when going over bumps and such.
Thank goodness for the lifetime warrany.

Anyways, w/ regards to the DC strut...i don't know how solid it is. If you look at it, it's really just two thin struts welded to another piece of metal, which also isn't a solid piece of metal (it has holes in it!). I'm not knockin their product, but I always thought the better strut bars were solid.
For a better idea...

I'm still trying to find an actual picture of this bar installed in an 03-05 Honda Accord.
