Damn Suspension Noise!

Before I start, I have a 2005 base, automatic, tl, on function form type 2s along with skunk 2 front upper control arms, ingalls rear camber kit, and progress 24mm sway bar in the rear. Like many other aziners, I've been getting a clunking noise from the front passenger side of my car. The noise appears when driving at normal speeds on a normal road. In an attempt to get rid of the noise, I recently replaced all of my end links, I replaced my front sway bar bushings, I replaced my compliance bushings, and my upper ball joints. My lower ball joints are good, tie rods are good, everything is nice and tight. I don't know what else to do. The only thing thus left are my coilovers but I have no leaks in my struts. Any Ideas??? Thanks in advance. Oh yeah.... The noise seems to be less noticeable when some one sits in the passenger side.

When I hear these stories I always wonder, "Did they tighten their upper shock mounts and sway bar end links with the suspension under load?"

Are they supposed to be tightened under load or not under load? I did not do the work myself as I do not own the proper tools to do so.

Yes, there are a handful that are supposed to be under load when tightened to torque.

The instructions are here:

D-091: DIY:Front and rear damper/shock spring replacement
https://acurazine.com/forums/car-parts-sale-361/fm-modulators-group-purchase-173827/ - Service Manual Scans

It's an easy thing to miss if you don't know. OTOH, I don't know the consequences of doing it wrong. But things like bumping/squeaking/rattling noises seem possible.

Do the end links need to be done under load also?

I think so; pretty sure. Check the Service Manual Scans I posted to be 100%.

Just for the rear sway bar, btw, since the front don't need to be un-done to install shocks/coil-overs.
