Corner Balancing

Just wondering how many people have had their cars corner balanced after installation of aftermarket coilovers. I've been wanting to do this since I got my Tein SS but I always end up looking past it when I have any extra cash. Any input?

I dont many fast maneuvers with my car, so I personally dont see a need for it. Plus the $300 + price tag on corner balancing kinda did it for me as well. haha

my guess is better performance with the corner balancing, but the problem is that an extra person in a seat will throw it off...

I think the purpose of this is to weigh the car and then to adjust the dampers/springs so they are proportional to the weight they hold up.

^ thats not surprising, i called a tire shop down the block and they had no idea what it was either. its a pretty cool how 25% of the weight is equally distributed around the car. more for track purposes but eh we'll see what it does for a daily driver

I don't know how they do it but yea, it helps cornering and what not. Alot of auto crossers do it to shave off a little more time. I thought it was called crossed balancing though, unless I'm talking about two different things.

today i was at west end alignment in gardena. darin cross balanced the car where the front right + rear left is exactly equal to the front left + rear right. the weight horizontally is greater on the right side but when i sit in the car it becomes exactly equal at 50%. after some "spirited" driving today the car responds so much better into turns and also the acceleration has greatly improved.
