Comptech RSB and dealer warranty question

Has anyone who has the Comptech RSB ever had a dealer warranty issue with any warranty repair work? Specifically suspension repair work? I noticed my alignment seems to be off and I want to take it to the dealer to have them realign all four wheels under factory warranty but I am also itching to install my RSB that I received a week ago.

I will wait until after the alignment to install the RSB if they will poo poo the warranty but if they will have no issue, I will install it in the next day or so.

if u want the rsb and to get the suspension done quickly, pay the guys at acura to install the rsb, you get the warrenty on the rsb from acura and any probs can be resolved with ease if anything does go wrong

I don't think alignment is covered under factory warranty..unless you car is like less than 1 week old.. else, i will get free alignment every time i took it in for service and oil change.
And to check alignment, they will charge a fee to measure the alignment.

Does installation of and RSB mess with the alignment?!?!? I installed mine and all seems well. I recently installed my 18" A-Spec Chrome wheels and it seems to be out of alignment and all the pressures are on the money according to gauges and TPMS sensors

My car is 6 months old but has only 3000 miles on it. I would hope the dealer would cover it. I do not want to have to get an alignment every time I change my oil.

Since you haven't installed the RSB yet, get the alignment done and ask your dealer if it (RSB)were already installed would they not cover alignment under warranty. If they do have issues with it , ask about them installing to keep all warranty coverage

I don't have that deal.. the point I am trying to make is wheel alignment is not covered under warranty..

RSB doesn't mess up the alignment, since it is suppose the same length as the stock one.

Do you have the automatic TL? If so have the dealer install the Acura factory rear sway bar from a 6-speed. It's noticibly stronger than the auto bar (but not quite as strong as the aftermarket bar). Then you're fully covered by Acura and you have the peace of mind knowing it was engineered to fit properly.
