Coilovers, struts/springs -> settling in time

Everyone here knows that after you lower your car, you need an alignment, obviously. But it seems that everyone has their own opinions on how long you have to wait to get that alignment. Some say right away, others say give it a week or two so the suspension can "settle" in. Which one is it?

thanks,
eric

I drove mine for a week and then I did the settings for the coilovers and alignment and the only reason I waited a week..........that was the next available appt. If you can do the alignment the same day, just go for it.

Drive it a day or 2 to get all the parts settled and working together, check for fit and noises then get it aligned.
If you go really low get a camber kit to fix the toe in problem
