read the suspension threads. there are a bunch...it all depends on what you're looking for. "the best" can mean a lot of different things to a lot of different people.

the three to choose from are Tein basic or ss, H&r, and meagans.... every one has their opinions but those are the best to choose from.... then just look at the vendors on this site

 

It seems like someone fitted Tanabe coilovers from accord on their car... pretty neat.
