Since day one, and 3 different set of tires, I keep getting major rim leaks. The last two sets of tires have been Pilot Sport A/S. The tire place keeps blaming the rims saying that the material of these original rims swells and shrinks with temperature causing the rim leaks. This time I only lasted 3 weeks after getting a new set of tires before getting a rim leak.

Does anyone else have this problem, and if so, how did you solve it? I have had tires put on in various places and always get the same rim leaks. With rotation and new sets of tires, I honestly can't be sure if it is just one rim or more than one. This time I am going to mark the rim to see if I can track it that way.

Do I really need to get new rims or are they feeding me a line of BS?
