Cheap Winter Wheels?

Anyone know of some cheap wheels for winter tires that will fit over the brembos? Id really prefer to avoid mounting/dismounting on the same rims.

Use your stock wheels and spend your $$$ on cool summer wheels.
That's what I'll probably do.

Look on ebay

I found a set of 4 nice OEMs for about $200, which I thought was damn good. The only problem is they didn't include the TPMS sensors, which I have to spend another $140 to get. I bought aftermarket replica wheels for my wife's MB years ago for winter tires and they didn't hold up at all ... got all corroded and funky looking. I think a good set of used OEMs is the way to go. These had a couple of scratches and curb rash on two of them, but what the heck, they're winter wheels.

I originally planned to pick out the four cherry wheels from among my summer wheels and the used ones I bought and make them the summer wheels with the dogs being used for winter, but I just got too lazy.

Good luck with whatever you decide.

I found mine on craigslist in boston, called the guy up and had him ship them to me in michigan. Nice thing is they were the stock 17s with nice snow tires already on. The car was great last winter. I drove to Florida to get my car, GREAT DEAL, and it only had one set of wheels, the 18 inch A-specs, so I needed snow tires. Try ebay, the blackmarket on AZ, or maybe find someone locally on craigslist (I got lucky, I could have got totally ripped off).

Get a set of OEMs for the winter wheels

On a side note; I'm glad I'm in FL where I don't have to get a separate winter wheels. Snow? What's that?

Get a set of stock wheels for the winter. They are relatively cheap and they look pretty good for stockers.
