changing only front spring???

if I just lower the front about 0.6 inches(Tein H Tech)(or 1 inch with eibach)...does it affect car??? no damage to suspension or the car itself??? and performance???

You are at risk of dialing in much more understeer with the car, due mostly to the fact that aftermarket springs tend to be a higher rate than OE. The A-Spec suspension actually uses a LOWER spring rate in front to combat understeer. Also, if I'm not mistaken, a lower ride height will put less weight on the respective wheels. So, if you put a lower ride height in the front, more of the vehicle weight will shift to the back wheels, which may add to the understeer. It might also look odd. Especially with a full inch drop in the front.

i'd say that lowering the front puts more weight up front.

but there are sombody who just get the coilover kit and adjust height... like get ein coilover and lower little bit more fro the front and less in rear....

If you're not driving your car like crazy, it won't matter at all. I've done this setup to some cars, so you can trust me. If it's look that you're after, it won't do any harm to the car, I believe. Of course, it'll affect the steering, tire wear... etc, but it won't do any damage.
