Camber kit can't be use to adjust the toe?

I read through most of the thread and Mr. Heeltoe's sticky, but was still confuse. I have a 04 TL with stock height and stock wheels (17 in.) I took the car for an alignment at Town Fair Tires. When it was done the tech guy told me that I my rear toe was off and cannot be adjusted. He told me that I needed a rear camber kit since the inner wall of the rear tires were showing signs of wearing. When I was reading through the thread I remember reading that having an Ingall camber kit will not allow you to adjust the toe, so what's the point of the camber kit? Can someone please explain this to me with details. Thank you.

with the ingalls rear camber kit, you can adjust both camber and toe.

you would need to order 2 kits, which will give you 4 adjustable arms. 2 for toe n 2 for camber. should run you about $130-$150 for both sides

Will I need the front camber kits as well? I don't get why Mr. Heeltoe's sticky said that the toe cannot be adjusted even with the camber kit?

is your front out of spec too? most people do not have a front kit...also most people don't have camber kits in general if they're riding at stock height. camber kits are generally needed when you lower your car.

remember, toe will kill your tires much faster than camber will.

If the toe kill the tires faster, then what is the point of the camber kit?

read my first post. the ingalls kit has ONE toe arm and ONE camber arm. both are installed, both are adjustable. you'll need TWO kits, one for the rear left, one for the rear right.

The guy at the alignment shop was full of shit...
you CAN adjust TOE (about the only adjustable thing from factory).
The bolts have little crescents to them, look under the rear and you will see. Ask for someone qualified to align your car when you go back.

Thank you to you both for the response. Since I am running on stock height, and soon be upgrading to A-Spec suspension (manual type), should I get the fronts and rears camber kit to eliminate the tires wear. Thank you.

a-spec does not lower that much iirc, and the increased camber might even be welcomed some (and camber is not the main issue, toe is)
