Caliper covers...
I really don't wanna put that garbage plastic Brembo cover on my tl_s. anyone have any suggestions for the rear brakes? I'm satisfied with the fronts but those rears are fugly!
If the size isn't an issue or looking for a big look, the 2013 Acura RDX caliper covers are cheap and look great. I used them on all 4 of my calipers. 12 bucks a piece from the local dealer. Attach with a small amount of JB Qucik. Pop right up if needed.
If you do decide to go with the Brembo covers in the back use the smaller covers so it actually looks like you have the correct Brembo's back there. They look like this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Brembo-Style-Brake-Caliper-Covers-REAR-RED-SMALL-2PCS-/170664927981?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item27bc6c22ed&vxp=mtr
Or if you don't want to go that route you can do the RDX covers which others have suggested. Found here: https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-photograph-gallery-96/rdx-brake-covers-installed-861739/

Thanks for the help! I actually didn't wanna do Brembo cause the size. Thanks the machine for that. I can't click your pic though and when I'm lookin on eBay all I see is the whole kit. Thanks for the rdx info as well, I know I had read it somewhere and I couldn't remember
Yeah the brembo caliper covers come in few different sizes. There are one's that look like they are 6 pot calipers and others that look like the regular 2 pot calipers that would normally be on the rear of the car with Brembo brakes.
If you can't see what I posted off of ebay for you. Go to ebay and type in the search bar....brembo caliper cover rear...the one's that I located are on the 2nd page and are the 10th item down on the list. They are in red, but I'm sure if you keep looking around through some of the pages you can find the color you would want/need.

Hey Machine..are these easy to install? Do the rotors have to be off the car when I glue them on?
I have the front ones in black...wondering if I should get the rear RDX calipers or the ones you posted off ebay
Will these work:

^ Those are the Brembo covers I'm saying NOT to get for the rear. They look like mini 6 pot calipers instead of the way the normal Brembo's look on the rear of say an EVO or STi.
Here is the STi rear Brembo brake caliper. If you have the Acura Brembo's up front, I recommend these as they match the fronts much better.

As far as install, I have RDX covers on my car, but no, these are not hard to install. You would just use RTV silicone to attach them to the caliper where it makes contact. Everything remains on the car during install. Some have even made a custom bracket to secure these a little better because they felt the contact points are very minimal.

Those aren't covers. They are the actual caliper and color of the rear Brembo's that come standard on the STi. That's why I'm saying to stick with that style for the cover of your rear brakes if you don't go the RDX route. The color of course is up to you.
And yes, the RDX covers are held on with the same silicone or you can use self tapping screws to hold the covers on as well as other have done. Page 7 of this thread shows the member MAS using the self tapping screws.

These are the ones I bought and painted. I don't have them on as they fell off a while back due to lack of adhesive. They got roughed up a bit so I ordered some new ones earlier this week.
