Balancing

I just purchaced new rims which are to be delivered to my mom's house. I will be installing them when i go home on leave. I just got Tork Imagine Gloss Black 19's. My question is where are they going to place the balane weights. The wheel has a 2" lip and i know they are not going to put it on the outside, so if i am thinking correctly they will place it on the wheel under the tire?

its going to be in the area behind the spokes. You will be able to see them if you look carefully.

They should split the weights, tape/adhesive weights behind spokes and clip on weights attached to the inside lip.
If you can see the silver weights behind the spokes, hit them with spray paint the color of the wheel. Naturally tape around the weights so that the spray doesn't get on the wheel.
