Axis Hiros

Just purchased the Axis Hiros 18x8.5 with a set of Pirelli Zeros 245/40 for $1890 out the door. Too bad they're on backorder till the end of June but i'm willing to wait. I'll try to remember to post pics when I get them installed. You guys think I got a good price?

I think that is a bit too much as I see alot of places selling 19's Axis with 235/35/19 tires for only $1999.00 including wheel balancing and chrome valve sleeves. For 18's they should be no more than $1700.00 for everything.

Check out this site $1506.00 including tires and shipped to your door. THis is just one site that sells it cheap. But there are many more like it.

Does anyone know what the offset is, how much it weighs and if it will fit a 6MT? Very nice rims!

I thought the price was a little steep but I got quoted up to $2300 from other places. I purchased them from America Tire so i've got a good warranty from them. I guess it's some consolation for the price.

I'm not sure of the offset but was ensured that they will fit a 6mt(according to the Axis rep). I won't get them till end of June though... sucks, but i can wait.

I got the silver one's. I didn't think the anthracite color would go well with my ABP.

I did a search and didn't come up with anything.

Did find the Axis Milanos which looked nice, but I don't want to lower my car. Would those look funny if the car wasn't lowered?

I called a shop today that sells tires and wheels and the dude quoted me 24lbs for the 19 inch Milanos. I guess that is pretty decent. How heavy is our 17inch stock????

I found a thread on My350z.com that states for the Axis Hiro's:
18x8 (Possibly +15, +20, and on.....) 19.5lbs
19x8.5 (21lbs)
19x9.5 (22lbs)
19x10.5 (not sure on the 10.5, but i think about 23lbs)
Anyone know the weight of our stock rims?

It's really up to you how you want your car to look. I personally think a 1in drop wouldn't hurt. I just recently installed some comptechs and all i'm waiting for now are the wheels.

There are two guys here that have Hiros, that I know of. One has a +35 offset and it fits fine. The other has +45 and uses a 1/4in spacer. I actually have to call and clarify the offset for the ones I ordered.
