Axis Hiro wheels

I have searched, but I need to know if the axis hiro in 19x8.5 et45 will fit over the brembo calipers on the 6 speed. One person said 45mm offset works with the 6 speed while most of you say I need 35mm offset to clear the brakes. I don't want to use wheel spacers. Axis said the 45mm offset will work with my car, so I am confused now.

I'd go with what the manufacturer says. However, 35 offset will look better on the car though.

The 45's definitely positively don't fit over the brembos. 35's do.. Only problem is the 35's on the rear do rub with a comptech drop. I had 35's in the front, and 45's in the rear

When I contacted Axis, they told me to get the 35mm. I have A-spec suspension & it looks great. I'd definately go with 35 all around unless you're gonna go with comptech or lower.

How bad is your rear rubbing with 35? What tires do you have?

Reason is, my car doesn't really rub in the back, unless I have 2 or more passengers in the back with some load in the trunk. The tires scrape a small portion of the bodykit and no other parts. I have Eibach Prokit, that's rebadged and sold as Comptech too.
