Avid.1 AV-20

Hey guys,

Been debating on xxr 530's.... kinda shopping around. Then I saw these babies -

http://www.nlmotoring.com/Avid-1-AV-...18855h33gm.htm

I have a DWP 06 base, soon to be lowered a bit on tein basics. Has anyone tried on these av-20 on their TL? I've searched around a bit and haven't seen anything. Many thanks.

Nice looking wheels. I wish all them weren't flat sheen.

Edit: I wonder if that gunmetal color is flat or glossy?

I wondered that too. I think these are pretty new because I literally can't find a single car of any type rocking them.

Do you know specifically which wheel these are a replica of? They don't look like work emotions to me.

They look like a Rays 57Xtreme replica to me.

I think you nailed it - I agree. How do you guys think these would look in comparison to the xxr 530's on a tl?

Nice looking wheel. Specs are pretty good too, a bit conservative, but still nice.

And to answer your question, I have not seen anyone else with these wheels.

Im actually eyeing the same wheels i just dont like that the gunmetal ones dont come in +22 and becuase of that I will probably get the bronze some time in June. The good thing with the flat is you can always add your own glossifier to make em pop a bit more. I had the XXR's 530s and although they are good looking wheels i just got tired of em

They are very nice. They also are similar to the Yoshihara D12-C wheels, which come in Gunmetal and Gloss Black.

I ordered these in bronze and should be getting them in today. I wanted to keep as close to stock size and these fit the bill. I got 17x8 +35 will post picks once installed.

Got the wheels in. Will have them mounted today then upload a picture with the car. I am quite happy with the way they look and the finish.

like the color combo. nice inexpensive alternative to Rays 57Xtreme's. A drop would really finish them off

Instead of starting a new thread, ill bring this one back up. And I have searched the boards. Didn't find anything. But does anyone have experience with using these rims with a TL with Brembos?
