Alignment question for H&R springs

Hello all. I have a problem and a question. First let me say i have my 3G lowered on H&R race springs with the 2" in front and 1.75 in rear. I had my car aligned and according to the spec sheet everything is within the limits. My problem, now every bump in the road pulls my car to both sides like the wheels are fighting for which has grip. My tires are new. I have the ingalls camber kit installed also. What i would like to know is there a certain sweet spot for specs with the H&R springs. My camber final was -1.2 left front-1 right front 0.00 left front toe 0.05 right front toe. The rear toe he had 0.20 both sides. Any body what i would like to know what specs are ideal with the H&R's any help would be great.

Oh and lastly i have a black residue across the back of my car where it looks to be the rubber from the wheels anybody have this issue.

Correction. My camber in front was 0.3 left and 0.4 right. toe was 0.00 left and 0.50 right. Im telling ya i dont know what the hell is going on. When i cross the road lines its like the car slips across them. I wonder do you think its because of the stock kyb struts. Should i invest in the tockico blues.

Yor values are all over the map so check the specs again:
Camber is to be a negative setting, not positive .3/.4
Hopefully the toe wasn't .5, but .05 as first reported.
Rear toe, the same, hopefully not .2 but .02

What tires, size, make, model and what pressure in the tires? The factory camber setting, front and rear, for A Spec suspension differs only slightly from the cars with the standard suspension, but it certainly won't cause your problem, so if the TL is within factory specs there should be no problems.

I'd say that the black residue is rubber from the tires being deposited on the body, especially if the settings are what you indicate.

Thanks for the response and concern turbonut. I think i got the damn thing figured out. I promise ya i wrote down the values as i saw them on the sheet. Anyway this is what happend. The tech said that when he entered my car there alignment machine does the job in degrees. So it pulled up the specs from a 03 tl instead of the 04 which my car is. So its set my alignment specs to that of an 03 tl. When he put in the 04 like he should have in the first place it came up in inches. So he had to call acura to get the degrees to set my car. Needless to say an hour later my car is riding better then before thats for damn sure. No more rear end on skates feeling. I ordered the tokico blues last night cuz i figured i should replace my struts. Dammit 400 bucks spent for nothing. On top of that that shop is gonna gimme a discount on a new set of wheels since i road 3 days with a fucked ass alignment. I drive 124 miles a day for work so i played it well.
