Alignment Question

I just recently ordered a set of Continental Extreme Contact DWS from tirerack and got it installed by one of their recommended installer.

I noticed after i got home that they took off all of my wheel weights, is that normal? or are all my tire perfectly balanaced and dont need them?

Also, they mentioned that they can't alignment the rear of my car. This is the part i was concern about, cause my previous tires on the rear driver side had some inner cupping and the inner tread was worn very bad. I dont want this to happen on my new set of tires.

Here is the alignment print out, anything i should be worry about?

I don't know the spec range on the alignment, but when installing new tires, they will remove the old weights. The weights always leave a sticky residue. I always bring my rims in off the car before I get new tires. I remove the weights and the sticky crap myself with the wheels off the car.

Front and rear toe is adjustable, but not camber. Have them get the rear toe into specs and then see what the camber readings are. If still out only way to get it into specs, camber kit. Any out of spec numbers will result in tire wear.
Balancing should have clipped weights on the inside of the wheel and stick on just behind the spokes.
