Alignment out of spec! How serious is it? (With spec)
I just lower my Type-S with Pro-kit recently and I just did a alignment. Below is the spec after the did the alignment:
Front Left: Front Right:

-0.6 / -0.6 / -1.0 - 0.0 // -1.0 / -1.1 / -1.0 - 0.0 Camber
3.0 / 3.0 / 2.5 - 4.0 // 3.2 / 3.2 / 2.5 - 4.0 Caster
0.03 / -0.12 / -0.08 - 0.08 //0.03 /-0.05 / -0.08 - 0.08 Toe
Rear Left: Rear Right:

-1.9 / -1.9 / -1.5 - -0.5 // -2.3 / -2.3 / -1.5 - -0.5 Camber
0.11 / 0.14 / 0.00 - 0.16 // 0.16 / 0.13 / 0.00 - 0.16 Toe
As you can see, the front is pretty much within spec after alignment. Beside the FrontRigh camber is at the very edge of spec. The rear is what makes me worry about. The camber is out of spec at both side and RearRight toe is at the very edge of spec. The RearRight toe makes me worry the most since a out of spec toe wears out a tire the most.
How serious do you guys think about the almost out of spec RearRight toe? They told me the rear is no adjustable, but why does the before and after toe are different??

Let me say that any tire out of spec will cause excessive tire wear. Having said that, the rear toe is adjustable, and there are camber kits available to get the rear suspension back into alignment.

Thanks for the links. I know the tire will wear faster if the alignment is out of spec. If the rear toe is adjustable, then why did he adjusted the RearRight toe from 0.13 to 0.16? The spec is 0.00 - 0.16. Didn't he should adjust it closer to 0.00 or leave it as 0.13 at least?
Is the RearRight toe 0.16 consider within spec or out of spec? Should I call them and find out why they adjust it from 0.13 to 0.16?
One item I would check is that I thought the toe spec was for total toe, not just for one wheel. The rear specs you say are 0/.16-If that were each wheel, that means for total it would be 0/.32-Too much in my opinion.
Rear toe should be kept as close to 0/.0625 IMHO. In your case, you say that the rear is .11 + .16=.27. I say that's too much.

Thanks for the reply. I am going to call them tomorrow again to ask them to realign. Also, I needed them to rebalance the tires again because I am having some vibration problem. The balanced them with road force balancing, but I guessed they didn't made it perfect.
I noticed some feathering on my 2 of my tires a few weeks ago. I had the balance and alignment checked today. My rear toe-in was not correct on the right side, also the front tire was out by .75oz on the outside of the rim. I don't know how long it's been out of spec, but the car only has 13,000 miles. Everything is correct now....and the car sure drives a lot better. It wasn't noticable when driving before....but now that it's correct it's pretty obvious something was wrong. I'd make sure you get everything as close to spec as possible so you don't ruin good tires.
