Alignment issues or tires?

2007 TL Type S

I just bought 2 new front tires. I had 4 Continental's and replaced the front ones with a very cheap (72.99) a tire brand. Beatings on this decision are warranted....wasn't smart in retrospective.
I'm pulling to the right when I let off the steering wheel.. And it's annoying. This is after 2 alignments mind you. My castor reading on my right front has read twice as 2,5 degrees, the lowest within a proper reading (my print out says 2.5 to 4.0 is with in acceptable range) the left front reads at 2.8. I'm thinking it might be these junk tires, because the castor on the left says 2.8. I was also told that this is something that CANNOT be adjusted (castor). My mechanic even said he could switch the 2 front tires from left to right and it would most likely pull left vs the now right. According to the alignment print out I was given I'm in proper specs on the right castor (albeit barely I guess at 2.5?) and was told over some time and miles it will most likely adjust its self out. The new front tires maybe have 300 miles. Is this sounding legit to anyone?

Switch the front tires, and then go from there.
If pulls right need to dig further, if pulls left tire.

hows the condition of your lower control arm bushings and tie rod end (inner and outer)? any damage to bushings can cause odd alignment #'s. How many miles on the car?

Everything else was fine according to my mechanic. 171,100 miles.

might be worth checking if one of the rear calipers is stuck. had that happen to me and it caused a pull. my alignment was good too, had it checked at two places

Caster angle change is caused by the compliance bushing wear. Not a tire issue. If you really want to fix that, change out the compliance bushing or the complete lower control arms with new bushings.

Just put 2 new tires on the front, moved the cheaper new tires to the rear...

Night and day friends. Cheap tires are cheap for a reason...lesson learned, never again.
