Alignment issues after Ingall front joints (pic attached)

I had the ingall front joints installed 6 months ago and my brand new front tires are warn down to the metal towards in the inside . I have gotten 3 alignments done and nothing seems to help. The car continues to pull hard to the left which is annoying is f***. Any suggestions?

Here is my spec sheet

got the alignment at firestone?

make sure they tightened the jam nuts on the camber/toe smart-arms to at least 80 lbs torque. otherwise, they can become loose and totally F up your alignment.

also, the tech should always adjust camber first, then toe. when adjusting, do not extend the threads beyond their limits.

^i'm not saying this is what happened to you, but it's just a thought.

when you went back multiple times to get it re-aligned, were the numbers way off each time?

This was the latest alignment, I got 2 before and honestly I don't remember if the other numbers were way off, but as you can tell the toe is out of spec. I might end up taking my car to a specialized alignment shop and see what they say. I'm wondering if i have 2 independent separate issues - tire wear and out of spec toe...

well call up firestone and get your before numbers and compare.

your toe being out of spec that tiny amount isn't going to eat through your tires the way you explained it.

i got the firestone lifetime alignment deal, and they've always been good with me.

Toe is the most sensitive spec for tire wear. It doesn't take much for huge wear to occur. You need to get that 0.11 fixed.

And being out of spec on one side can/will wear both sides.
