ADR wheels - problems?

Hey Gang!

I'm just wondering if there is a problem of some kind with wheels made by ADR? The parent company is Golden Apple Corp. the same people who make Stern wheels and others.
I noticed several "Buy it now" sales on ebay for VERY little money for 4 new wheels. How can this be? Is there a quality issue? Something else that I'm just not seeing or aware of?

If you can shed some light on this please feel free.

Thanks!

I had 18" ADR wheels on my Legend coupe and they went to hell and back with no problems...I would get them for my TL but the model wheel I want is only a 7.5" wide

The ADR's hit potholes that no wheels should go near with never a problem...they were 40 profile tires too, so their was not that much rubber protecting the rim.

Wow! Thats amazing, and great to hear! I'm honestly expecting to hear horror stories about these wheels. I don't manufacture or sell wheels, I just want some new wheels on my car. But I find it hard to understand why or how sellers can sell Items like the following, for $500 to $600.

Brand : ADR Spartan
Bolt pattern : 5 x 114.3
Size : 19 x 8.5
Offset : 38mm
Lip size : 2.5"
Finish : Gloss Black With Machined Polished lip
Quantity : 4 Wheels

Are these sellers just scammers?

anyone else?
