So i'm looking at a set of Varianza T1S rims. Size are 19x8.5 all around front wheel has a 1.5in and rear has a 3in lip. I ask the seller what is the offset and he says he think 30-35. The rims are wrapped with Ventus 245/35/19. I have a feeling the tire might have to get swapped with 225. But anyway the seller had it mounted on a 03 Audi A4 Quattro. He told me the bolt pattern on the wheels are 5x120. Will this fit my 08 tl-s?

Keep an eye on the center bore too.
3G wheels are hubcentric at 64.1mm (wheel center bore)
To keep it simple you either need hubcentric at 64.1mm, or greater bore w/ hub rings.
