?? about Adjustable Shocks

When adjusting these shocks is it the ride quality that is only adjusted?

Can you adjust the ride height also?

In a 3G TL how would you add air to this type of shock? Is there some type of "filler" extension that can be added?

The Tokico web site is pretty useless.

Adjustable shocks adjust the rebound and compression of the the shock. You can make them either stiffer or softer. This has no affect on the ride height.

Koni Yellows have an adjustable "perch" that you can use to adjust height, but it requires dismantling the suspension. Pretty much, no adjustable shocks only control stiffness.

And you can't really add gas to a shock. Most are nitrogen or a similar gas anyways, not something you can easily throw in.
