I finally got my wheels!!! 20 X 8.5 Foose DF-5's in black wrapped in 245/35/20 Toyo Proxes 4. Look great on my 2005 AM with Navi. Pics Coming soon. also installed rockblocker tail light kit and painted calipers and hubs black. Next mod is cleared/blacked out headlights.

Do you have the apec rear underbody spoiler installed on your car?? If so, does the rear tires rub on the top portion of the spoiler in the wheel well?

Only asking because I heard that's the case. Anyone else experience that?

Nice love those wheels. I was looking at those too but I don't want 20's and they only come in 20's and up.

All you gotta do is roll your fenders and you'll be fine

when you trimmed the top mounting screw of the spoiler... did you have to add a longer screw at a slightly lower position to keep tension on the spoiler so it remains flush with the bumper???

Any picture of the end result would be appreciated...

Thanks

Yes stock suspension....ride is smooth, little more road noise bc of more agressive tire...but its not that big of a difference....i love them!!

With 20s being larger overall versus stock wheels, how much does it through the speedo off?

depends on what tire size u go with...i went with a 245/35/20 so it through it off about 3.5 mph...but if i went with 245/30/20 it woulda been off by like 1 mph. you can go to www.1010tire.com and look at their tire size calculator. You plug in the stock size tire and then what size tires your looking at gettin and it tells you the speed difference, height difference, revolution per mile, etc...alot of info...check that out and let me know

BTW...235/30/20 would only throw it off by like 1/2 mph

but it all depends on what width rim you get so you can decide what tire to get.

hope this helps..let me know
