19x8 PCD +49 offset - will this work?

Need some advice or answers. I recently bought a brand new set of Volk GT-AV wheels for my girlfriends TSX, but she doesn't like them. Now I'm considering putting them on my TL, but will they fit? Or will it have any negative affects on the cars handling, stability and what not? They're 19x8 with +49 offset. Please help me out guys. They're new and I don't want to mount them unless I know they'll fit and work well with our TL's.

Yeah... I know the wheels will run well on the 2G TLs and CLs, but the high offsets has me thinking that it won't work well for the 3rd Gen TL. I did a search, and haven't been able to find anyone with a 3G TL running this kind of set-up. Hopefully someone here can shed a little more light on this scenario of mines.

Those wheels would be really weak on the 3GTL. Meaning that the wheel would be sunken in alot.
