19x8.5 +40mm offset with 25mm spacers

If I have the offset above, will the wheels stick out past the fenders?

I put a rotora bbk on and now the wheels do not clear without spacers. Just wondering what they are going to look like with the 25mm spacers.

Yes, I believe with a +15 offset after adding spacer, that your rims will poke outside the fender. I'm going to be running a similar setup but with 15mm spacers, bringing my offset to +23 so I don't quite think mine will poke out, but they will be damn close.

Man I hope they don't poke out too much. I have an aspec suspension so I am not that low. Hopefully it will not be noticeable.

I don't think it will be extreme, but +15 is a pretty low offset. It may poke some, but if not you'll be really flush with the fender. Whatever size tires you are running is also going to make or break this look as well.

Won't look good with A-Spec suspension. They will come out 36.35 mm more than a stock 8" wheel. Grab a ruler and measure for an idea where they'll end up. I mean, it's doable with stretching, rolling, and some negative camber, but you'll need to be lower for it to look good.

^^^ I agree with the aspec suspension and that low of an offset rim, it will look awkward.
