19x8 rims with a +30 offset... how will they sit? Im rolling an 05 base, A-Spec lip kit and just installed new shocks and Tein S-Tech springs, so naturally, Rims are next. lol. Looking on Tires.com and checking out their TSW wheels, which in 19x8, can be purchased in a +30 offset. Will this work with my setup? My friend has the Eastwood Roller so rolling fenders is an easy step if need be. Any input or pics would be awesome! Thanks!

15mm further out than stock. Will not need to roll.

I was figuring that. Would all 4 corners need to be rolled or just rear? Other than the rolling, it should work fine though?

I don't have pics, but I can tell you it will fit. Since you're not slammed because of only being on springs the +30 offset won't look too sunk in because there won't be much negative camber there.

Roll the fenders anyway. Even if it's not needed. You may want to change wheels donw the line and it would be nice to just get it out of the way sooner than later.

That's what im looking for, re-assurance before I go and spend $1700 on rims and tires. So, with the easy drop, 19x8 +30 wheels will work with NO fender rolling is what im gathering... And I was going to go with 235/35 series tires, unless there is a better option...

Why roll if it's not necessary with current setup? Friend has machine, so I wouldn't do it unless you go more aggressive down the road.

235/35 is a good option if you're looking for good road contact and no stretch. I had 235/35's on my old steup, but it was 19x8.5.

Ya, No stretch and I want as much rubber on the sidewall as possible but still looks good. Our roads here in upstate NY aren't the best. haha!

I pulled the trigger and ordered the wheels and tires just now. 19x8 +30 offset TSW Rivage in high gloss silver wrapped in Nitto 555 High performance tires 235/35 19. Mounted, balanced and hipped with all the necessary hardware, replacement tire certificates and $110 pre paid visa rebate card all for $1683.00 at Tires.com. Stoked!!

I'm typically a fan of concave wheels in general especially in this style, but these should look pretty good.

Better get to painting your calipers, especially if they are rusted looking since they will be highly visible through these wheels.

Ya, Im a research whore, so I did lots of homework before deciding and buying. But ya, im stoked. Should def look good. Caliper painting is on the list ASAP, im thinking Red will look nice with the silver and the nighthawk black. But haven't decided yet. Ill be posting all kinds of pics once all is installed.

If you have stock base brakes, I would suggest against doing a flashy color, especially red. The stock brakes aren't much to look at or draw attention to. The red will make them look kinda cheap looking, IMO.

My suggestion to dress the brakes up a bit is to paint them black, then add the RDX covers.

It's your car and can do what you want, just my opinion on the subject.

I had 19x8+30 wheels before with 235/35 tires and dropped with a 1 finger gap all around. Had natural camber in the front and a rear camber kit with -1.00 degrees around. Did not rub at all.

I wouldn't bother rolling your fenders at all.

Alright, Got them on and heres how it turned out! Took it from stock in November 2012 to this as of today... Tein S-Tech springs, KYB struts, OEM A-Spec lip kit and last but not least, TSW Rivage 19x8 +30 offset rims wrapped in 235/35 19 Nitto 555 ZR tires. What do ya think?!

Those look clean! Similar to an A4 wheel. Now you need some 35% on those windows.

Ya, they do kind of look like the A4 wheel, and I don't do tint anymore as its just a reason for the PoPo here in NY to pull ya over. No tint = More money in my pocket. lol

They look classy, I like it! And i'm sure if you get a camber kit you will need to rool the quarters at least a little.

That's what I was thinking but from what I've been reading, camber kit may not be needed with such a small drop. Looks like just the alignment alone should suffice.

Exactly. I always get the Ingalls kit on my TL's just because it makes toe a lot easier to adjust and why not fix the camber just to make sure your expensive tires dont wear? Its worth the 150.00 to save 400.00 worth of tires IMO.

Idk, I was reading the sticky "do I need a camber kit" by heeltoe and from what I've read there, kit isn't needed. Good point though and I would probably only need the rear done since the front is only negative about .90. Rear actually wasn't too bad, it was around -1.29 or so if I remember correctly.

Yeah its really up to you. Just make sure to at least get an alignment to correct the toe

19x8 seems kinda skinny... I would try 19x8.5

Looks good, I'm always a fan of a clean 5 spoke wheel, which is why I'll probably never change the stock wheels on my TL. They kinda look like stock but bigger.

I've always been the same way man. Nothing like a nice solid 5 spoke wheel. Not only do they always seem to look good, they are so easy to clean. lol. And I agree with you there, our cars have one of the best looking factory rims IMO, and I kind of wanted to keep a classy almost factory look but with some flare. Thanks for the props

Started doing my wheel and tire research, came across yourthread.

Car looks perfect, same approach I plan to take by keepingit stock… but enhanced… enhance…enhance (super troopers)

Im looking at the TSW Willows, prob do same size and offsetyou did. Can you post a pic from front or back showing how flush they look tothe fender.
