19 inch A-spec wheels fit 3rd Gen?

was wondering if the 19s fit or were too big

a-spec wheels are 18" fyi

thanks for clarifying. you'd want to run 245/40/19. speedo will be off a bit, probably a few mph

Incorrect. The TL would need 35 series tires when going 19's

To maintain stock wheel diameter, the TL needs:
235/45/17
235/40/18
235/35/19

Adding 10mm to 245's will generally be none issue. And if going wider/narrower by 30mm, subtract/add 5% on the sidewall

Personally I run 245/40/18 instead of 235/40/18 because 245 is a more common size and a little bit more accurate in terms of real speed. Speedometers usually read 1-2mph slower from factory for liability reasons. I often check when I pass by automatic radar gun signs on streets. with 245/40/18 I'm always dead on. When I had stock 235/45/17 I was always about 1-2mph slower/

On stock height a 35 profile is not an absolute necessity.

its not necessary, but it maintains correct overall diameter to keep the speedometer as accurate as possible. maybe to some ppl its not a big deal but I like having as many things in oem-spec as i can
