18x8 Racing Hart Cp-035 rims

Has anyone used these before. They are 18x8 with a +48mm offset. Would they fit on a 02 TLP? If so what would be the right tire size for these and would they rub?

+48 is good offset. I have 18" SSR GT1 (+48) with 235-40-18. They work fine.
