Looking to get a set of these because of my tight budget. I understand they are sort of a knock off rims, but they look pretty nice. My question is that it has a offset of 40. Would that screw anything up if I put 225/45/17 tires? Actually, does anyone here have a set of them that has something to share? Thanks in advance.

I have the same rims but in 18x7.5 with a +45 offset. Being that the 17 inch Tantrum is 7 inch wide as oppose to the 7.5 that I have, the 40mm should be ok. Hope it helps.

If you're on a tight budget, get the Motegi Racing MR-7. It is the knock-off of the Tantrum knock-off, and is priced even cheaper.
