Is a '08 Type-S lower than a A-Spec?

Is a '08 Type-S lower than a A-Spec?

I was told A-Spec was lower but unsure please help.

THe 08 type-s sits exactly like an 04 TL base does.
none of the stock suspension is any lower except for the aspec suspension, which lowers the car about an inch.
