06 Rims on 04 TL - TMPS
May be a silly question but here it is.
If I pick up 4 2006 TL OEM Rims with tires already mounted and balanced. can I just put them on my 04 TL like that. Can I leave the sensors in?
I would like not to got thru the cost and bother of removing the sensors and remounting and rebalancing the tires.

I don't think there would be any reason to remove them as there would be no receiver of the signal from the TPMS in your car. Consider them (the TPMS) an extra...when you ultimately replace tires, they can be sold on eBay.
