Hey everybody....I am on my second TL, and I honestly miss the first one!

I had an 05 Silver TL w/nav that had 115,000 miles on it...so I decided to trade it in for an 07 MRP base TL. My uncle works at the local Acura dealership and gave me a great deal. The 07 had been babied and only had 27,000 miles on it when I got it in July of 2010. As I have had the car for a while now...I thought things would grow on me...and they haven't. I liked the seats better in the 05...they seemed to be more angular and more similar to the 07 type-s. I didn't like the rims on the 07 but thought they would grow on me...they didn't. And I honestly like the gauge display on the 05. I thought about trying to find a nice, lower mileage, clean 06, but they are NON EXISTENT in my area.

Does anyone feel the same way I do about the base TL rim change from 06 to 07? The more I have the car, the more I dislike the rims...and I thought it would be the other way around.

Since I can't find an 06 anywhere...I thought about putting the Type-S rims on my car. In my opinion...it totally changes the look of the car, especially in the MRP. Are those rims the same size or would I have to get new tires with the rims???

^ yes the type-s rims are the same size as the stock 04-08 rims, 17X8. Let me know if you choose to sell your stock wheels, although I like the 04-06 stockies as well.

I would love to sell my stock rims and find some Type-S Rims. Are you looking to get a set?

The only Acura OEM rims I do not like are the Type-S rims-- the base and A-Spec rims are much better looking.
