Only a shop can tell you that, but you did say in your first post that they said you would have to straighten the frame to align it and you did hit a huge rock. I would say your frame is bent (since the shop said it already.)

or at least tweaked (and maybe not the actually frame of the car, but the crossmember instead)

either way, it is sounding to sound like there is a little more damage an alignment might be able to solve
