Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone knows about this.

I already check fuses. I looked at fuse box and I think it was the one before last. I forgot what # slot it was, but it said wipers. Its ok. I also checked the one that says Washer and its also fine.

When I hold my wiper handle towards me, it throws water just fine, but wipers just dont go.

My brother told me he did this last night and the wipers did one swipe and they stayed up. Now they wont do anything. Any other fuse I should check. I read the fuse box in the engine but no wiper fuse that I saw.

Could my motor have gone out? Need to take in to dealer?

 

If the wipers work when you turn them on, but don't when you pull the lever towards you, it sounds like the switch. Are you pulling the lever hard enough? Acura made it so you can pull it enough to squirt water but not activate the wipers until you get the windshield wet, and then pull it further towards you and it should work. If the water sprays, then it's not a fuse, so if you tried everything else, have the dealer check the switch.

 

Yes, checked fuses, all ok. Pulled back ALL THE WAY and nothing just water sprayed at my windshield. Also, place the handle to lower level and nothing. Pull it all the way down and nothing. The only function the lever gives me is water. I plan to turn them on and see if I can hear motor going. I was told that it might be possible they got out of place. Ever heard of this?

 

I had the same problem with another car. The problem was that the wiper motor died because of some odd reason. Go get it check by acura, probably under warrenty.
