I just refilled my wipers mounts with news blades. Everything works fine, but now when the driver side wipe is at its furthest travel from the hood, I hear a click. I can't tell where its coming from, but the click is there, every time. Did a search with no luck.

 

Perhaps it's the wiper blade hitting the top of the window?

What size refills did you purchase? 26 / 19?

check proper size and attachment at the arm connector
Then check the wiper position as it moves- could need minor adjustment of the arm on the motor attach point

 

Different years have different sizes so could have picked up the wrong one

 

I bought the PIAA refills using the part numbers off their web site for 04 TL. As soon as this storm clears I'll check the alignment.

 

ahh... the size that i posted was for the 06. So i dont know about the specs on the 04, shouldnt be too far off.
