I'd get that to the dealer or Safelite (if you have one in your area) A.S.A.P. Something doesn't look to right.

Thats ver dangerous, warranty or no warranty, manufacturer def has to cover this defect. Its life threatening if it flys off or in the car at 60 mph

SAFTEY HAZZARD!!!! Get your butt to the dealer. DO NOT Take any sharp turns or cause the body to roll to much. The windshield is a structural part of the TL, it keeps the top of the car from flexing. If it flexes to much, the glass can shatter.

better make sure that it is the oem installed windshield and not a replacement one...are you the original owner?? if your not the original owner then you will have to do some inspecting to see if it is indeed the original windshield....

no, people get their windshield replaced all the time without car being in a wreck, or reporting it to carfax.....nothing will show up on carfax unless its reported...i dont think a windshield is a reportable item anyway....

so now that we determined your not the original owner, i am guessing the windshield is not oem...

are you saying your insurance will cover it anyway?? thats cool...make sure the company that installs uses an oem windshield as they used some kind of sound proofing windshield on the tl....
