Window just dropped into door panel....

Question Window just dropped into door panel....

I have a 2006 tl...How do you remove the door panel to get the window out or back up for that matter?.....

3 screws. one behind the cover that you remove in the door latch recess. one in the armrest and one on the edge of the door with a rubber bumper around it. Then just pull the panel off around the perimeter and the clips will release.

It definitely isn't fun especially after working a 13 hour day and all you want to do it roll your windows down and drive... nope instead I had to spend the next 2.5 hours when I got home taking it apart! Then the part cost me 176 dollars... now my auto window doesnt work and the passenger window will only go up half way then it stops I CANT WIN!

search window reset. i think you hold the button down for several seconds after it has fully closed or something like that. relax it isnt the end of the world. I foresee additional frustration in your future!

thanks that makes me feel better.. I hope there wont be anymore frustrations!! But I guess all cars have their issues
