wierd noise in 1st gear 6mt

Ok so the other day I pulled up to order food and turned my stereo down to give my order...got me a bigmac, fries and a dr. pepper...man i felt on top of the world! So i put my car in 1st and pulled up to pay for my booty!

I hear this tick tick tick noise...when i ease it into first...it kinda sounded like something was loose or bouncing but im not sure. i think has something to do with the transmission or the clutch itself... i really wish i could save an audio of it and post that but i dont see how thats possible without expensive equipment....anyway, the car drives and shifts fine but sounds like that worry the hell out of me...

any ideas?
