White Smoke from exhaust?

At around 5,000 Rpms (or mashing out WOT) and in neutral, 2 white smoke puffs came out of my exhaust. It didn't happen at idle or at low rpms. I have no mods other than mid-muffler delete and Magnaflow resonator - no CAI. It did rain heavily earlier and I drove through some puddles, but not what I'd call submerging the air filter. Any ideas? Should I be worried?

Oh, and I was told a some water was coming out of my exhaust when I was revving at around 3,000 rpms. I assume the smoke puffs were just water burning (or evaporating) but I'm wondering how that much got in there....

i'm really tired so ill just make as much sense as possible. is the exhaust delete thing relatively new? could be the new pipe. probably is the water. unless its consistent. if its consistent i cannot give you any worth insight. what i can tell you is that water doesn't burn, in fact it does evaporate

1) stop revving in neutral.
2) water gets in the exhaust, it just happens, especially if its humid out.
3) possibly a shitty weld was done on your "mods"

My guess is water vapor. Water vapor is normal.

water is a by-product of combustion, when it exits the chamber it's in a vapor form, when it reaches the exhaust, it's cooled enough to turn into water. However, if the exhaust is extremely hot, it will flash quickly and make the puff you speak of. Don't rev in neutral like that, valve float is not your friend.

my chart is like this my friend
black smoke= air gas mixture is wrong
blue smoke usually a ring issue "oil gets in combustine chamber, combusts with gas and come out as blue.
white smoke can be few things, 1. anti-freeze comes out as white, if the exhaust has a sweet smell its anti-freeze. could just be your piping also is it cold at all outside or even like 50 degrees? water out the pipes in the back normally that is simply no engine completely burns all the gasoline in the combustion chamber otherwise i cars would be 100% efficient. i would say most cars are about 60% maybe 70%? I cant think of what it is called but what it does it burns hotter in the engine and and less gas comes out the pipe. if the white smoke doesnt smell funny, i would say you are cool unless it becomes habitual. i think its a new ignition some people buy for their cars to burn more of their gas while in the chamber. usually bossts HP by like 10-15, not for our cars though. just my 2 cents
