Whinning/Squeaking from Front Rim w/ Throttle Press

I thought this might be a bearing issue, but I'm not sure. When I initially goose the throttle a bit while I'm rolling, I hear this whinning-squeak from the right front rim/axle. It goes away when I'm not on the throttle. I have to take a dealer technician on a test drive to hear it, but it's very odd.

Anyone have any clues or have a similar issue? BTW, this is an 04 TL auto w/ 13,000 miles.
