When I Brake at High Speed...

So whenever I'm on the freeway or going at any high speed, and I press on my brakes, my car makes a "whoop whoop" kinda sound. I have an 04 TL with 87,000 miles. Anyone know what could be wrong? Rotors? Need new brakes?

^Then check if the rotors are slightly warped. If so, replace them

Do you feel any vibrations in the brake pedal? Does it go all the way down to the floor? Any difference from before the noise?

Hmmm . . . to me it sounds like it might be the vibration you are feeling on your ear drum similar to having a single window or your moon roof open just enough to feel the buffeting. Warped brake rotors can cause this in my experience. My car does this as well. I know I need new rotors or possibly can have these turned one time, but I have not done it yet.

This same sensation (whoop whoop sound) was felt in another car that I did replace the rotors and pads on and it was fine afterwards.
