So I have been hearing a noise on my car for the past few months, it is a thumping noise when I turn and when I'm on the freeway. My brother in law who is a mechanic told me it was the bearings, I took it to the dealership and they had said it was my aftermarket breaks, so I said ok... But now I just got my tires replaced and the shop who I have gone there for years told me the same thing that i need my wheel bearings replaced. What should I do? how do I get Acura to cover it under the warranty?

 

Go in & tell them you've been told it's the "wheel bearing". I'm not sure if it's under warranty.
