Hey guys, so I installed my front lip and there's some gaps on the passenger side. I added 3M double sided tape but it doesn't seem strong enough. I got that from autozone. Is there a different brand that's stronger??

 

3m molding tape. u can get it from autozone, pep boys, etc.

 

Is 3M molding tape different than 3M double sided tape?

 

I think the 3M tape he is talking about has a red backing on one side. It's availabe in 1/2 and 3/4 widths at many stores including Office Max. It is an automotive grade tape used to hold on trim pieces.

 

I think that's the same tape I added, and it's not holding up, I still have gaps. Is there anything else stronger??

 

how large are the gaps? Did you remove the supplied tape or is that still on? Did you clean the area off 100% with some rubbing alcohol?
