What part is this?
looking into replacing my o ring for the power steering but im bit confuse. when turning i dont hear anything, i also dont see any air bubbles in my power steering fluid but i do see residue around where (circle #2). if its not my o-ring, what is causing the power steering fluid residue around (circle 2)
