What to ask about/look for when buying used Acura TL
Important things to ask about/look for when inquiring about buying a used Acura TL?? (2007 with 200,500km - automatic) Thanks in advance!

No matter the brand make and model, shopping for used cars will be very similar.
you'll want to test drive the vehicle for more than 30 minutes.
on any used car, you'll want to inspect normal things, like tires and oil and general cleanliness/upkeep
then, you'll want to dive deeper, by looking at it's carfax. using the carfax as a tool to help you determine if the car has had any major accidents reported. Remember tho, carfax isnt the bible and accidents dont have to be reported to carfax.
then you'll want to take a look around the car. does the paint look uniformed, no orange peel?
you'll want to take a look at the oil pan drain bolt. see if it's rounded off.
Drive it. drive it drive it.
one can tell by driving multiple of the same car to determine whether or not the car is driving correctly.
this takes time. It took me six months to find the perfect car.
when you are driving it, for an extended amount of time...you'll want to take note on how it's shifting. on how it accelerates, etc.
you'll want to run it through every condition you can think of... take it on your commute to work.
the car is a front wheel drive vehicle, and as such, the suspension will take a beating. you'll want to make sure it's driving smoothly.
Honda's are notorious for having finicky alignments.
Honda's are also notorious for having shitty transmissions.
