Weird noise after rotating tires.

I recently rotated my tires and cleaned all brakes rotor with cleaner and now after i go over 40 mph a weird noise is coming from the driver side wheel almost sounds like a low PS fluid but i check it was full any suggestion?

Recheck anything you removed for tightness. you got be more descriptive

this might be a dumb question, but are your tires directional? What pattern did you use to rotate these tires (front to rear, diagonal, etc.)?

get your tires balanced. Same thing happened to me turned out my tires had camber wear from the rear toe being so out of spec and couldnt be balanced. i rotated them back to the back and the sound just about went away.

Yeah i rotated them back and its back to normal now.

Check your rear tires for camber wear and/or try to get them balanced. If you're lucky some balancing weights came off. Then get an alignment. My rear toe was way off for some reason. It makes the tires "chop" and wear unevenly. I can still hear the noise come from the rear, but its so subtle if I hadent noticed it in the first place from rotating them, I would never be hearing it.
